Terms & Conditions

 

 

1)                YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING:   When making a booking you must be over 18 and have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. All correspondence and documents will be sent to the party leader who is responsible to us for all payments for rental and any damages incurred. The booking becomes a legally binding contract and is governed by English Law under the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All holidays published in this brochure are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2)                PAYMENT:  When you wish to make a booking a non refundable deposit of £150 is required. Your final payment will be detailed on your invoice and must be paid in full not less than 8 weeks before your departure date, or your booking will be deemed cancelled and your deposit retained. Cheques should be made payable to M.D.Gillis.

3)                IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL:  You will need to let us know as soon as possible. You will then receive a cancellation invoice, detailing any charges, as shown on our cancellation table. No booking will be deemed cancelled until such a cancellation invoice is issued by us.

4)                IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT:  In the unlikely event you have reason to complain whilst abroad, you must immediately contact us so as we can rectify the complaint. It is unreasonable for you to take no action whilst on holiday and wait for your return. Any complaint must be followed by written confirmation of all details and supporting evidence, within 28 days of your return.

5)                YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:  You undertake to report any deficiency in the accommodation or its contents on arrival, to exercise due and reasonable care in respect of the accommodation and its contents, to leave it in a clean and complete condition, to limit party numbers to that on your confirmation, to remit payments on or by the due dates, to indemnify us against all loss or damage arising from any act, default or omission of your party. Any serious abuse of the property or its contents will render you liable to eviction without compensation. 

6)                PASSPORT/ VISA:  It is the responsibility of all clients to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visa.
